Refund policy
RETURNS
WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE FAULTY OR DAMAGED AND MUST BE RETURNED UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PLEASE EMAIL INFO@SHOP-WEAVE.COM YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU RECEIVE A REFUND, THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
If any customs charges incur, they will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Weave.
EXCHANGE
Please submit your request for exchange (via WhatsApp or Email) within 48 working hours of delivery of the purchased item.
- Our customer service agent will confirm if you are still eligible to exchange your purchase, and provide you with an Exchange Reference number. The article will still be subject to physical inspection upon receipt back at Weave Wardrobe.
- Please courier your item (along with original receipt and exchange reference number) to Weave Wardrobe.
- We are unable to assume liability for damage or loss during transport, so please take care to package it in its original packing and send it through a reputable courier company.
- Upon receipt at Weave Wardrobe, the item returned will be inspected to ensure its condition is as was delivered. You will then be notified of the dispatch of your exchange item, along with the additional amount you need to pay (If any).
- The customer will be responsible for bearing the cost of transportation involved in exchange.
All claims will be entertained in 14 days’ time from the date of request received.
