Shipping Policies

Standard Shipping orders placed Monday - Friday before 10am PT will ship the same day and will be delivered within the next 4-7 business days. 

International Shipping Policies

We aim to have all orders shipped the same business day if placed before 10AM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday after 10AM EST will be shipped the next business day. All international orders are shipped via DHL, and are typically delivered within 7-21 business days from the date that it is shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship packages both DDU and DDP. Packages shipped DDU will be subject to import fees upon collecting their package. For packages shipped DDP, duties and taxes are collected at the time of purchase, and no additional amount is owed upon final delivery. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
